This unique property was a vacant, rapidly deteriorating building when Hillcrest acquired it in 2004. Formerly a Land-O-Lakes dairy processing plant and feed mill, the property posed many challenges, including a lifeless and mostly windowless façade.

Renovation included a new passenger elevator, new loading docks, and the creation of a welcoming lobby. Hillcrest re-finished existing wood floors and added new, large, operable windows to create a warm and economical space for office users, creative companies, and industrial users.
