Hillcrest fully renovated this 175,000-square-foot former circuit-board manufacturing and metal plating facility in early 2005. In cooperation with our client Immedia, Minnesota’s largest screen printer, Hillcrest recreated this building into a state-of-the-art production facility and corporate office.

This project included substantial interior demolition, environmental remediation, and installation of new HVAC, electrical, and lighting systems. In addition, approximately 30,000 square feet of new office space and loading docks were constructed.

Hillcrest is proud of the community impact this project has had, and our role in transforming a vacant building into the workplace of over 200 living-wage employees.
