In 2011, Hillcrest rejuvenated this late 1970s suburban New Brighton building. Both the interior and exterior of the building suffered from vacancy, tired appearances, and a lack of meaningful investment for many years.

To update the exterior of the building, we prepared and painted the fascia, repaved the parking lot, installed new landscaping, fencing, and also updated exterior site lighting. The interior of the building was renovated to include updated restrooms, offices areas and HVAC.

This renovation yielded a clean, attractive, functional building that is now home for the Twin Cities operation of a national industrial company.
