Hillcrest skillfully renovated this 1920s truck repair garage located in the center of our Minneapolis campus. The building was first renovated and modernized for Hillcrest’s headquarters in 1997. In our company’s spirit of continued evolution, we recently re-renovated the building to better reflect modern design while keeping true to the spirit of the original architecture.

This latest renovation better emphasizes the simplistic beauty of the original materials and design. Natural materials such as wood, cork flooring, and granite contrast effectively with historic touches such as salvaged 1920s art glass. A warm palette of neutral tones with punches of color helps make this space inviting and creative.
