Emily has worked her entire career in commercial real estate, spanning marketing, transaction management, and tenant representation. As Leasing & Development Associate, Emily focuses on leasing Hillcrest's owned portfolio as well as redevelopment opportunities.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

DIRECTOR OF SUSTAINABILITY

Focuses on sustainability, environmental issues, and development activities. Kristina has been part of the team since 2014 and may be contacted with questions about sustainable property development.

OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

Has been with Hillcrest Development since 1985 and brings extensive experience to his role diagnosing and repairing facility issues in all types of Hillcrest Development properties. Contact Tim to resolve concerns at our properties or within your office space.

ASSOCIATE 

​

Danny has worked in commercial real estate and technology for almost ten years and began his Hillcrest Development career as an intern. In his role as an Associate, Danny is responsible for leasing Hillcrest's portfolio and contributing to redevelopment opportunities.

 DEVELOPMENT & LEASING MANAGER

Has 23 years of experience in property management including residential, commercial, warehouse, parking garages, shopping centers, and sports facilities. Contact Angie regarding tenant spaces/leases, customer service requests, and general building concerns.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Provides oversight, management and coordination for all construction—from pre-construction through completion. Contact Arthur for assistance with budgeting, construction planning or project oversight of planned space improvements.
